The Estrada's have been in the restaurant business for decades. Although they were only established in 1985 in San Diego they have in fact been in business since 1852. Being one of the leading restaurants in the small community of Cotija Michoacan for that long is a testament to there dedication to quality of dinning. Good reviews helps a business but bad reviews in a small town can kill it over night.

Grandma Estrada came to San Diego in 1977 and started work at (the restaurant down the street.) Unsatisfied with the policy's of good service and a desire to serve good food. Grandma Estrada opened her restaurant at (address) and continued her family's legacy to bring quality mexican food to her community.

Mrs. ??? Estrada is a soft spoken kind women small in stature until she shocks her family when she says " You have nothing to do? THEN YOU CLEAN SOMTHING!". Mrs. Estrada still makes her rounds and stresses the importance of being the best at what you do and serve only the finest mexican food.
